At Weecutees, we use Printful as our product fulfillment platform. They are a printing company with offices in Los Angeles, California. All of our products are fulfilled and shipped from their production plant. Depending on where you are, your orders might take shorter or longer to be received. Your satisfaction is our TOP priority!

Payment Options

We use PayPal as a SECURE payment gateway for purchases made in our shop. You can pay via your PayPal account or with a Debit / Credit Card. Please double check your entries before purchase confirmation.

A PayPal account is NOT required to purchase items from our store. You can choose from any of the following methods using the Secure PayPal gateway.

Shipping

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

There are 3 steps that must take place before you can receive your order.

Order on Weecutees: You place your order on our site. That order is then automatically forwarded to Printful’s database for fulfillment.

Fulfillment at Printful: Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left the Printful building we will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual.

Shipping from Printful: Shipping can range from within 1-8 business days depending on the courier and level of service you selected. Please refer to the Printful shipping chart for estimated delivery times AFTER product fulfillment.

Can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed with us, it is automatically forwarded to the print shop at Printful. You will receive an email verification with details and a tracking code once your order has been received and fulfilled. If your order is being shipped via USPS, you can track it here. All orders to be shipped with a FedEx priority level of service are automatically bumped to the top of Printful’s fulfillment queue to assure the best possible fulfillment time. This can often cut the fulfillment time in half for orders! If your order is being shipped via FedEx, you can track it here. *Note: FedEx does NOT ship to U.S. based P.O. Boxes.

I haven’t received my order, where is my stuff?

If it’s been more than 2 to 3 weeks and you still haven’t received your order, you can Contact UsPlease allow at least 2 to 3 weeks for delivery as we can NOT guarantee that all orders will arrive within Printful’s designated delivery times based on customer selected shipping methods.

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost and we will not take responsibility for a free replacement. If the shipping address was correct, contact us with your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

My product was damaged during shipping, What now?

If your order was damaged during shipping, we ask that photo verification of the damaged goods be sent to weecutees@gmail.com, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you. Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the product.

Your product was lost in the mail.

We will have it reprinted and resend it at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information for the package states that it has been delivered, Weecutees unfortunately cannot take responsibility. All claims must be submitted no more than 5 business days after the estimated delivery date. Weecutees will not take responsibility for lost, missing or stolen packages due to undeliverable, or wrong address input by customer at checkout. Shipping address on Weecutees.com MUST match Billing address on checkout on PayPal.

Reasons a shipment may be late:

Your package has been returned to Printful due to having an undeliverable address entered at purchase. Printful will contact us to let us know, we will then contact you to get an updated address or determine how you would like to proceed. *New shipping charges will apply for reshipping.

A delivery attempt was made, but no one was home to receive the package. Depending on your shipping choices, you may have to contact your local delivery service to arrange a new delivery date.

Return Policy

Any returns or issues that occur due to an error on our part will be handled at our expense. Exchanges where you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered are non refundable and shipping will be the responsibility of the returning party.

You must contact us and return any defective product for exchange within 5 business days of purchase. Returns for shipped merchandise will be for the cost of the merchandise only, shipping costs are non-refundable. A refund will be sent back to the customer in the original form of payment for qualifying merchandise only and after the products in question have been received by our printing facility. All merchandise must be Unworn,and Unwashed, and in the same condition received.

Wrong Size

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. It is possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll address. Returns for wrong size are limited to within the first 5 business days of delivery and are subject to our Return Policy.
